Return Policy
As a customer of The Company, you have the right to return your purchases to The Company within the following 14 days after you received the product and/or service.
During this period, you have the right to ask for the purchase full refund, including the delivery costs (except if you choose another transportation service more expensive than our regular one).
Please note that The Company will not assume the transportation costs for returning your goods.
How to cancel a purchase
To cancel a purchase, you need to notify us using, at least, one of the following channels:

In this notification, you have to clearly request to cancel your recent purchase.
You also need to return the purchased goods (with all the material and with the same conditions you received them) within the 14 days after your notification.
Getting a refund
After fulfilling the procedure explained previously, The Company will give a refund for the related purchase within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Please note that it can be delayed if the goods have not been returned on time (i.e. 14 days after the customer’s notification).
