Hereby as “The Company”
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of The Company.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased directly from Company (The “Physical Goods”).
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material and manufacturing under normal use during the Warranty Period. Therefore, during Warranty Period, The Company will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or manufacturing, under normal use and maintenance.
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods is 2 seasons since the purchase date.
A replacement of Physical Goods or parts assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 year from the replacement or repair, whichever comes longer.
This limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, misused, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or manufacturing. Freight costs are at Customer expenses.
To obtain the warranty service, Customer must first contact The Company within 8 days since the problem has been identified. The Company requires every product to be sent to our technical team for further assessment before a new replacement is to be issued.
Once the products have been received The Company have a maximum of 8 days to respond on assessment results and the needed actions.
